Sawyer Steidle
Managing Funeral Director
Sawyer Steidler serves as the Managing Funeral Director for Jones Pearson, Wevley, and Cardini-Pearson Funeral Homes. He is originally from the Quad Cities area of Davenport, Iowa, and graduated from Carl Sandburg College in Galesburg, Illinois, in 2017 with a degree in Mortuary Science.
Sawyer has served families in Iowa, Washington, and Minnesota, and is honored to now care for families in the Park Rapids, Sebeka, Menahga, and surrounding communities. He believes funeral service is about more than arrangements and details; it is about being a steady, compassionate presence for families during some of life’s most difficult moments.
Sawyer looks forward to building lasting relationships within the communities served by Jones Pearson, Wevley, and Cardini-Pearson Funeral Homes. He is committed to providing honest support, thoughtful guidance, and meaningful care to each family he serves.
Outside of funeral service, Sawyer is a self-taught musician, a fan of the New York Yankees and Seattle Mariners, and does his best to play golf well. He enjoys spending time with his brothers, Laken and Charles. Sawyer currently lives in Wadena with his brother Laken and their three cats, Atticus, Pangea, and Natty Gann.
