Roberta Ann Pickett

Roberta “Bobbie” Ann Pickett, age 72 of Sebeka, MN, passed from this life to eternal life on Sunday, May 19, 2024 with her family by her side.  

Bobbie was born on March 11, 1952, in Minneapolis, MN, to Charles and Lavonne (Walberg) Beynon.   As a child she moved and traveled a lot with her family.  Her father was in the Navy.  She loved to talk about her trips to Hawaii, she ended up being allergic to the salty air.  

Bobbie enjoyed playing cards, doing crossword puzzles, watching game shows, and spending quality time with family and friends.   She celebrated her 41 year medallion for sobriety, She attended Calvary Lutheran Church in Park Rapids for her meetings and always had a good time. 

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, LaVern Pickett of Sebeka, MN, MN; son, Cecil “Chuck” Baker, stepchildren: Penny Cripps, Delbert Pickett, Kelly Buckly, Tammy Beck, and Rosalee Pickett; she is also survived by over twenty grandchildren.  

She was preceded in death by her parents.
