Kenneth John Williams Jr

January 23, 1944 — May 14, 2020

KENNETH JOHN WILLIAMS Jr. January 23, 1944 – May 14, 2020 Kenneth John Williams Jr. 76, of Menahga, MN passed away peacefully at Green Pine Acres Nursing Home in Menahga on May 14, 2020. Kenneth was born in Perham, MN on January 23, 1944 to Kenneth John Williams and Elsie Erickson Williams. After an honorable discharge from the US Army, he was trained and became quite skilled and accomplished as a diesel mechanic, a trade he always took great pride in. His work took him to North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Washington, and finally to California where he spent thirty years. Upon retiring he returned to Minnesota. Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, Ken and Elsie; siblings Janet Beck, Ray, and Clyde; former wife Christa Moll (Nancy) of Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany, and longtime partner Katheryn Ellen Koski of Menagha, MN. He is survived by his siblings: Audrey Taylor of Crosby, MN, Arvid of Crosby, MN, Frances Huwe of Glendora, MN, Bonnie Feuerborn of Garnett, Kansas, Sharon LeMaster of Florien, LA; former wife Bonnie Williams of Chehalis, Washington; his children: Nancy Williams (Rick Sipes) of Rush, Colorado, Mitch Williams (Susan) of Chehalis, Washington, and Chad Williams (Kathy) of Spring, Texas; as well as ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. “We owe much love and gratitude to Lillian Koski and Lyla Burkman, both of Menahga, for all the loving care and kindness they gave to dad in the last years and especially the last months of his life. Dad requested “don’t make a fuss over me”, so there will be no funeral services at this time. However, his children would like to have a small gathering with family and close friends at a later date to share memories of dad and tell some of his favorite bad jokes. Love to all.”
