Evelyn Louise (Jarvis) Phillips, 72, of Park Rapids passed away peacefully at home July 29, 2022. Born December 26, 1949 to Hiram (Loron) and Frances (Arnold) Jarvis. Survived by her two sons Floyd and Jason. Sister Ellie (Bob) Lampl and brother Evert (Butch) (Bev) Jarvis. Preceded in death by infant son James, her parents and Sister Carolyn Allen.
