Evelyn Mary Eischens, 97, of Park Rapids and formerly of Straight River Township, Minnesota passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Park Rapids, under the gentle care of St. Joseph's Hospice and the caring staff of Diamond Willow. 

In keeping with Evelyn's wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and a graveside service with celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Two Inlets Township, Minnesota.
