EJ was a man that my mother, Valerie, fell in love with and married. For a time I didn't like or want the change that this dear man had brought into our lives. The change turned out to be a good change and our family had turned into a big blended family. Over the years we had grown distant and am very saddened to hear of his passing. I have very fond memories of EJ and will pray for his children and their families when I put out my tobacco each morning.

I also rose the 210 bus with Everett. When he was picked up in the mornings, he always greeted us with "Good Morning" and when he was dropped off at work he always wished us a good day. In the evening, he would ask everyone if we had a good day. Everett was a nice man and will be dearly missed.
