MEMORIAL SERVICES: 2:00 P.M. on Monday, June 18, 2012 at Jones-Pearson Funeral Home in Park Rapids with Reverend Tim Heinecke officiating.
VISITATION: One hour prior to the service on Monday.
INTERMENT: Greenwood Cemetery, Park Rapids, MN
SURVIVORS: His 3 children; his sister, Mary Beth (Gary) Halvorson of Aynor, SC and Park Rapids, MN; 2 brothers: David Ray (Deb) Cook of West Fargo, ND and Ivan Jon Cook of Minneapolis, MN and sister-in-law, Sandy Dunn Cook of Nevis, MN.

Anthony “Tony” Bruce Cook, age 59 of Park Rapids passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2012.
Tony was born on September 19, 1952 to John “Jack” Woodrow and June LaVonne (Porter Wilson) Cook in Park Rapids, MN. Tony was a carpenter in the Minneapolis, MN area and Texas for many years before returning to the Park Rapids area. He was married to Debra Carlotta Sanderson. Their union was blessed with one son, Jason Zachariah (Gooler). Tony then met and married Joyce Johnson and was again blessed with two more children: Andrew and Alishia Beth.
Tony is survived by his 3 children; his sister, Mary Beth (Gary) Halvorson of Aynor, SC and Park Rapids, MN; 2 brothers: David Ray (Deb) Cook of West Fargo, ND and Ivan Jon Cook of Minneapolis, MN; sister-in-law, Sandy Dunn Cook of Nevis, MN; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; parents; his beloved brother, Charles Joseph Cook and 2 nephews.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, June 18, 2012 at the Jones-Pearson Funeral Home in Park Rapids, MN with Reverend Tim Heinecke officiating. The honorary urnbearers will be: Richard Roberts, John Gribble, Janelle Cook (niece), George Hemm, Bob Thomas, Nadine Guillemette and Alan Jacobson.

To the Families of Tony Cook, my thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time of loss. I use to see Tony once and awhile when I would go to get my mail as we lived in the same building. He was always so nice and friendly and always took the time to say Hi. He also enjoyed the outdoors too riding his bike a lot too. I will miss his friendly smile and pleasant personality.
