My condolences on behalf of my mother Marianne Driscoll Kidd. She and Lanita reconnected at a high school reunion, and shared careers in sales. They got such a kick out of seeing each other when my mom visited home. It was fun to watch them together. My mom has Alzheimers now, and is losing a lot if her memories, but she still has a piece if Lanitas art on the wall of her home. I know she cherished the friendship.

I'm sad. Lanita was a special lady that I had the privilege of knowing and spending time with. I'm also thankful that she is now with her Lord in Heaven, finally at peace.
